Our Position

STACK Office Ltd operates with a simple principle: we do business properly. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and exploitation in any form. This applies across our business and the partners we choose to work with. This statement is made in line with the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Who We Are

STACK Office Ltd is a UK-based flexible workspace operator, providing serviced office environments, coworking spaces, and business support services. Our operations are UK-focused, with a supply chain that primarily supports property, facilities, and workplace services.

Where Risk Can Exist

While our overall risk is considered low, we remain realistic about where issues could arise: cleaning and facilities services, maintenance and construction contractors, agency staffing and recruitment, and suppliers of furniture, equipment, and office materials. We don’t ignore these areas—we manage them.

What We Do About It

We take practical steps to ensure modern slavery has no place in our business: supplier checks to assess partners before working with them, clear expectations that suppliers comply with UK law and ethical standards, ongoing oversight of supplier relationships where risk may exist, and zero compromise—if something doesn’t look right, we act.
